I've been living in the Roseville area since 1995. The number and variety of restaurants during that time has exploded. I love trying out new restaurants that offer unique and fresh food.

I ordered the large chicken salad and it was definitely large. The food was good and it’s nice that you can go through and say exactly what you want to be put on your salad, including what type of beans if you want fajita vegetables added what type of rice if any and what kind of salsa. The food was good and seemed fresh. I also got a side of queso which I brought home to my kids because they absolutely love it. The reason I only gave four stars is that the service was incredibly slow. There was one other person in front of me and it took almost 10 minutes to get my order which seems like I should’ve taken only a couple of minutes.

Burger Lounge

I ordered the truffle mushroom Swiss burger for me and the California lounge for my son. Then we shared a large order of half onion rings and half fries. The burgers are very tasty and fresh and really I feel like they’re good value overall for the taste and quality compared to a typical fast food burger. I especially like that every week they tend to put one of their menu items on sale and that makes it even better deal. For example, we both got our burgers at 25% off! We really like the fries and onion ring combo with both being crispy and delicious. The large is plenty to feed 2 to 3 people.

I’m not a big fast food fan but when I have to grab a quick meal, Chick-fil-A is on my go to short list, especially now that one is 2 blocks from my house. I have yet to eat on the restaurant, but it is clean. The mobile order process is Flawless and fast. Hubby and I always get the crispy chicken sandwiches (he likes the spicey one). And share a large waffle fry.

I became a Pressed VIP member years ago. Love hitting up Pressed to stock up on fresh juices. Their high-quality ingredients and large selection really hit the spot, especially when doing a juice fast or sugar detox. Whenever I stop in for juice, I always grab a smoothie bowl or freeze too. It's the healthiest 'frozen yogurt' I've ever had. Love to drink these along with collagen for a healthy morning boost.

I visited with my daughters and we all got chai and a couple of scones to share (maple and pumpkin). The scones were moist and delicious. The chais were tasty but a little sweeter than we prefer. Service was fast and friendly and they had ample seating and a fun chalkboard for kiddos.

This is a little 'hole in the wall' joint in downtown Lincoln just off the main street. Our 2nd visit within 2 weeks. There are a few tables to sit at, and we opted to eat at the restaurant this time. It was delicious! My son and I shared the chimichanga and each got a taco. The servings are large. The tacos themselves were stuffed with meat. So portions are very healthy. We've now tried both the carne asada and pollo asado and the meat is juicy and tender, not fatty, and flavored well. The taste was also delicious. Fresh, not too spicy. They also give you free chips and salsa. The salsa is pretty mild.

We ordered 2 BYO (build your own) pizzas and the pesto cheese bread. We really enjoy Blaze because it is a set price for a BYO instead of charging you for every topping. They do sell family size pizzas, which we'll order occassionally, but typicaally we purchase the 10" personal size. Along with the cheesy bread and a small salad, the 10" is large enough for 2 people with normal appetites. The pizzas are thin crust and brick oven style so the crusts are typically nice and crispy on the bottom. Love the red sauce with pesto drizzle for the base.

We held a small family wedding reception for 19 people at the Pilot House at the "Captain's Table". Overall we had a good experience. The only reason I am rating 4 stars vs. 5 is that the level of staffing seemed light. There was a very long gap between when we were served our first course and our second. Positives: The staff were all friendly and helpful. From the reservation process to dropping off the cake prior to our reservation and the dinner itself. Johnna was our server, and she handled our group, which included 3 teenage boys and 4 very young children, with grace and kindness. They even brought steaming water out to heat up a baby bottle and personally escorted us to the downstairs bathroom that had a changing table. Food: everyone seemed to enjoy their meals, and they did do a fairly good job at getting the courses out to everyone around the same time considering the size of the group. Johnna did get help to get the dishes out. Setup: They had the room we had reserved nicely decorated and quickly brought out fresh tablecloths when a vase of flowers we brought in spilled.

My daughters and I came here after a shopping trip for a little celebration. It was packed due to an event at the Fountains, and the line was almost out the door, but they moved fast. We still had our food within about 10 minutes of ordering. We have returned to eat here several times since we enjoy their selection of sandwiches and salads. A favorite is the pesto chicken sandwich and Santa Fe chicken salad.
