It's time for an oil change and I needed some Restore to help keep me engines running great. Walmart is close to my house and has the best price on it so I stopped by after going to the gym. They had the items I needed in stock and was able to get in and out of the store quickly. It is usually a fairly clean store but can get busy in the evenings and weekends.

This gas station also sells propane. My grill needed more propane so I stopped in. I guess a lot of people also needed more propane since there was a small line. It didn't take long though to get filled up and on my way. If no one is by the propane filling area, just go inside and let them know. I've never had any issues when I've come here and they know what they are doing.

La Habra

Had to make another Costco gas run after a long drive today. La Habra was along my way so stopped in here. This gas station was recently renovated to add additional pumps so the lines go faster. Being the day before Thanksgiving, I thought this place would be packed. There was hardly anyone here which was a welcome surprise. I like coming to the La Habra Costco because it is usually easier to find parking when we do go inside.

We shop at this Costco periodically since it is a little further from our house but close to Cypress College. Today was a gas run. They have a lot of pumps so it didn't take long for us to get to a pump and fill up. Costco uses Top Tier gasoline so it is very high quality. You can't beat the prices either.

Mission Viejo

Stopped by this location for lunch since it is close to CHOC in Mission Viejo. It was somewhat busy but it didn't take long to order or receive my food. The 3 finger combo with a Dr. Pepper hit the spot. The food was still hot and tasted great. This is a really good location on Crown Vallley...not far from the 5 freeway, the local hospitals and the Shops at Mission Viejo. You can't go wrong with these chicken strips!

AutoZone carries just about everything you need for your car. This location isn't far from my house so it is my go-to place for parts and items for my cars. It is rare I can't find what I need at the store or online. The guys that work at the store are also helpful if you have questions. I just needed a quart of oil on this trip and was able to get in and out quickly. You'll want to stop in too if you need something for your car.

If you want the best lemonade, Hot Dog on a Stick is the place to get it from! It doesn't matter if you get the regular lemonde or one of the flavored ones, they are always delicious! We had to run some errands and got some food to eat. Instead of getting a drink with our food, we made sure to get the lemonade from Hot Dog on a Stick. We only got lemonade this time but the corn dogs, cheese sticks and other items are great as well. This is one of the best places at the mall.

Cerritos

We had to do some errands at the Cerritos Mall. My wife was hungry for mac and cheese and their tomatoes and cucumbers so we stopped for a bite to eat. The supreme pizza slice is always good. The size of the slice is also larger than most places so it is filling. There wasn't much of a line so we were served quickly and enjoyed our food. We make this a regular stop when we come to the Cerritos Mall.

I'm a Costco fan as are a lot of people. This Costco can get really busy at times and parking can be hard to find. It is the closest one to my house so we come here on a fairly regular basis. Stopped in for gas an hour and a half before store closing and had to wait in line for a bit. The wait wasn't terribly bad. It is better to come early morning or after the store is closed so the lines aren't as busy. You can easily save 40 to 60 cents per gallon and it is top tier gasoline so you are getting very high quality fuel.

My wife wanted to look at some plants so we can to this Lowe's. They had what she was looking for and we found a few other items near the plant section. It was easy for us to find what we were looking for without having to wander around much. There were a lot of employees around so we could have asked for help if needed. This Lowe's isn't too far from our house so we'll definitely be back when we head in this direction.
