Met a bunch of friends tonight. I usually like the full plates Dennys has, but tonight I ordered off the under 10 dollar menu. I ordered the grand slam burrito. Pleasantly surprised. It was very good and I will order that again. So if you find yourself on a budget, come in for some good eats.

While on vacation, I found this nice little place in walking distance. It's a country style restaurant. Turned out really good. I had a chorizo and egg plate. I didn't say what country style it was. Ha! Juan2 took good care of us. Price is right. I think you will like this place.

Colonial Kitchen is a nice lttle restaurant tucked away in a quiet bedroom community in San Marino. I ordered the Loco Moco. It was fair. Really nice place to have a breakfast meeting. I have had several gatherings in the "Elvis Room". Good comfort food. Good coffee. I like thier Reuben sandwich.

Felt like having a burger tonight while on vacation. Found a small burger joint just around the corner called Knockout Burger. I tried "THE HEAVYWEIGHT " and I was pleasantly surprised. This burger was so good I didn't want to take a drink, that would change the flavor in my mouth. When you come to Carsbad, try this place. Mmm.

It all started with the chips. Usually you munch on them while you converse and wait on your main coarse order to arrive. These chips were different, they had 3 different types of mole all over them. Our conversation turned to the chips. Then I ordered the cochinito pibil. Loved it. If you want a party of flavors interacting with your taste buds, you have got to try LA Riena De Los Moles.

I was looking for coffee, pulled into the parking lot and saw this next door. Decided to give it a try. Wow. I ordered the Cajun fish taco with tomatoes on the side. Quite impressed. Instead of just a coffee, I had a great meal. Next time you "just want a coffee, go get a fish taco. You will be glad you did

Walking into this place sent me into a nostalgic mood. It reminded of when I was a teenager. Yes I ordered the Big Boy hamburger. Great place to look back in time. Destiny, our waitress did a great job and kept us smiling. Plenty of space for big parties. And it looks like they are ready for Halloween.

From the time that you walk in and are greeted with a loud hello, you know your gonna be taken care of. I ordered the steak and eggs. My table neighbor suggested that I order that plate with their special sauce called "LOMO". Wow! I think I will order that on everything. Even my oatmeal. Just kidding they dont have oatmeal. Try the Lomo on what you order. Hmm. Nice ambiance, great food, family owed Mexican restaurant 😋 thumbs up .

Ist time here at Kokomo Japanese restaurant. When we walked in it was fairly empty and there was only 1 person waiting and bussing tables. Which made us wait longer than expected to be acknowledged and get our drinks ordered. I was starting to get a little frustrated but after the food came, my whole perception changed. We ordered the bento box and fried rice. Yup, that made me forget the wait. I recommend this place for some good eats. And ask the management to consider more personnel at dinner time
