Agava Mexican Grill and Cantina in Youngsville is a great place to experience Good Mexican food with a Cajun Twist. My favorite dish is the combo Fajitas that never disappoints and their service is excellent with a very friendly staff. You will enjoy live music featuring local Louisiana bands in a casual and fun atmosphere .

The Tap Room in River Ranch has some of the best flatbreads in the city. My all time favorite, the one I ordered tonight, is the their amazing Friggin’ Fig-N-Pig Flatbread it has a very tasty House-Made Jam (BBQ Sauce, Fig Preserves Molasses), topped with Caramelized Onions and Bacon. You will love their friendly servers and atmosphere, huge selection of craft beer and daily specials. Great place to meet your friends and chill.

Burgersmith is one of my go to local restaurants when I’m in the mood for a good burger. My usual order is a SmithBurger and Smith fries, this has never disappointed me. Today I was there during Happy Hour so I took advantage of the daily 1/2 price special offered during 4 - 6. I ordered the hotdog and fries and topped the hotdog with their special grilled onions . I added a side salad with their smith dressing. The food is delicious, the service is friendly and the price will be kind to your pocketbook.

The Chimes is a great local restaurant that’s perfect for a family outings. It offers indoor seating or outdoor patio seating under our beautiful oak trees. I ordered the New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp Poorboy. This dish comes with an amazing BBQ Shrimp sauce. (Order the sauce on the side so you can dip the fries and bread) One of the best shrimp sauces I’ve eaten. I love the yummy food, friendly service and amazing atmosphere🫶🏻
