We stopped in this delightful place after a hike in the nearby redwoods. It's a French feeling bistro/cafe with a simple menu. Happy Hour menu and pricing for the first 20 minutes and then the dinner menu. We ordered the wine of the week - Malbec- and pommes frites... later we ordered a small steak with a nutrient rich green salad. The steak was cooked perfectly - medium rare- and delicious. Service team is pleasant and accommodating. We'll go back again.

This is a recent discovery and we've been there 3 times in the past two months. We ordered the Steak Frites and the Trout Meuniere along with a special warm wild mushroom salad. Each of these items was delicious and our plates were clean at the end of the meal. Also the service is exceptional with the French owner joining the staff in bringing food and drinks to the table. We met a local friend there who had never been and she was delighted with the sidewalk cafe atomosphere. This is on our repeat list for sure! There is also a location in San Francisco and NYC.
