Hi, I'm Rob Robinson, owner of R Robinson Bookkeeping.
My journey into bookkeeping and accounting started more than 20 years ago. Throughout my career, I've worked in finance and accounting roles ranging from staff-level positions to managing accounting departments. Along the way, I earned my Master's Degree in Accounting and became a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.
What I've learned over the years is that many small business owners don't struggle because they're bad at business, they struggle because they're trying to do everything themselves.
I've met business owners who spend their evenings categorizing transactions, their weekends trying to reconcile bank accounts, and tax season scrambling to figure out where their money went. Instead of focusing on growing their business, they're buried in bookkeeping tasks they never wanted to do in the first place.
That's why I started R Robinson Bookkeeping.
My mission is simple: help small business owners get their time back, reduce financial stress, and gain confidence in their numbers. I believe bookkeeping is more than data entry, it's about creating financial clarity so business owners can make informed decisions and focus on what they do best.

I make sure your bank and credit card transactions are properly categorized, reconcile your accounts to ensure accuracy, and prepare clear financial reports that show how your business is performing. This gives you a complete, up-to-date picture of your finances so you can make better business decisions and stay ready for tax time.
Account Cleanup
TBDFell behind on managing your books? Not a problem! I provide affordable cleanup services and bookkeeping help bringing your books back into alignment.
During the cleanup process I will go through your financial records to make sure every transaction is accurate and categorized correctly. I will review your past transactions, fix any errors or inconsistencies, categorize everything properly, and reconcile your bank and credit card accounts.
This will ensure your books are accurate, so you know where your business stands financially, prepare your business for tax time, and create the foundation for a bookkeeper to manage the financial transactions going forward.
Account Reconciliations
TBDAccount reconciliation means making sure that your financial records match what actually happened in your general ledger accounts. Each month, I will review your accounts to catch any errors, missing transactions, or duplicates. This helps ensure your books are accurate and reliable, so you can have confidence in your financial statements.
Payroll Services
