Shamane's is tucked away in a commercial area where you would never find it just driving around - you have to KNOW that it is there. But, there is a great reason to know about Shamane's. Their bakery goods are first class - some of the best in Boulder, Whether it is sweets or savory, they have it all. This time we got two chicken pot pies - and no exception here, they were great. If you are a croissant person, go in the morning before they run out. Really, a gem that stands out!

Boulder has a lot of bakeries. Shamane's is without question one of the best. They are small, tucked away at the end of Wilderness Court - so they are not a place you would pass by on the way to anything. Yet, they have a loyal following and their bakery goods - both savory and sweet - are the best. We just got three savory items to go (they have a tiny seating area inside and more outside). My wife said, "This is the best chicken pot pie I've ever had." Their sweet goods are equally terrific. You can't go wrong with anything at Shamane's.
