I ordered a medium orange juice to drink to chase it down. I pulled up to drive thru, ordered almost immediately, paid, and had my food in about one minute total. The people were great and in good moods. Great experience this morning. ”

“This was the first time I had been the a Nationwide Vision Center. I took my children there for their first eye exam. The entire staff was very nice and really catered to the children. There process for testing the kids was interesting fun to watch. Fortunately my co-pay was very low and the children both ordered new glasses. I would recommend this Nationwide Vision Center to my friends and family.”

“Stopped in at Olive Garden last night. I hadn't been there in a couple years. I ordered meat lasagna and my wife ordered the shrimp scampi with a side of broccoli. The salad was good but a bit disappointing. We were half-way through the salad when my wife realized the preparer forgot the black olives and croutons (her favorites). None-the-less the salad was fresh and crispy. Our meals came shortly after. Both main courses were very good. Our server was very attentive. The only drawback was our booth was a bit too loud due to the architecture of the ceiling. All-in-all we enjoyed the meal and will be back. I can recommend the Vernon Hills Olive Garden. ”

“Oddly for a place with Pizzeria in it's name, we had never tried D'Agostino's pizza. So we ordered a half- vegetarian, half-sausage pizza. We also ordered a salad. The salad came out quickly and we enjoyed every bite. Shortly after finishing the salad our pizza arrived piping hot. The crust was thin and crispy. The sauce was above average. The toppings were delicious. We'll definitely be going back for another D'Agostino's pizza. ”

“Guzman y Gomez is a fast food Mexican restaurant. It's a good option if you are in hurry or want to take something home. I ordered a spicy chicken burrito with sour cream added for take out. My order was prepared quickly and wrapped securely in aluminum foil. It was still quite warm when I got home. The burrito was very good for fast food. It hit the spot. The best thing about this particular Guzman y Gomez is the staff. They go out of their way to be friendly. I definitely would recommend Guzman y Gomez to anyone searching for a quick bite to eat.”

The Penne Primavera with Tomato Basil Cream Sauce and the Cream of Red Pepper Soup and the Spinach Artichoke Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce with Minestrone Soup. All the food was prepared fresh and was hot. Served with French bread and butter, we had a great meal.”

We started with the Shrimp Sizzling Rice Soup.   It had super tasty flavor and was piping hot.  Then we moved onto the Shanghai Vegetable Spring Rolls and they didn't disappoint and were very crispy.  For our meal we had the Shrimp Egg Foo Young and it was served with a wonderful dark gravy and was loaded with vegetables on the top.  What an awesome meal.  It's been around for decades and we had forgotten about it, but will be back in the near future.”

“It was Saturday and college football game day so a group of 20 descended on Bulldog Arms a new sports bar in Bettendorf. The wings were very good and everyone enjoyed the atmosphere while watching our state team play football. Great food and fun for everyone of any age while watching your sports team. I recommend Bulldog Arms to everyone in the Quad City area. ”

My friend and I each had nice big juicy burgers, done perfectly. I had mushrooms & caramelized onions that topped it off greatly! And the Fries were nice and crispy! “Some friends and I traveled to Detroit for a Detroit Red Wings Hockey game on this past Sunday. We spent the night in Royal Oak, Mi at the Hyatt Place on North Main Street. I have to say this was one the nicest, cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The room was a suite and had a beautiful L shape pull out couch. The 2 Queen beds had very elegant bedspreads with 3 pillows per bed. A double set of blinds on the window made for great privacy. The shower and bathroom were spotless, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in pump bottles in the shower. In the morning we enjoyed a complimentary breakfast which was deluxe! Breakfast offerings were as follows: coffee, tea, Hot Cocoa mix, orange juice, milk. Hot food included scrambled eggs, sausage links, French toast sticks, oatmeal and grits. They had bagels, toast, donut holes and muffins. 3 choices of cold cereal along with fresh cut fruit and yogurt with granola to sprinkle on. Like I said it was a fantastic breakfast. We also were able to get an extended checkout until 3:00pm. I will definitely be back to this Hyatt Place anytime I am in the area!!”

It was a fairly new station with great signage and digital pumps. The C-store inside is well laid out and stocked with excellent products. Unique to this location is the offerings and sale of locally sourced Craft Beers, Wine and Spirits. They also have a good assortment of groceries and ready to eat food. Give them a try when you are in the area.”

AutoZones employees are always so helpful and informed. Chip was helping me and looked up the wiper blades giving me several choices and I chose the Bosch brand. He also recommended 50/50 Dex-Cool antifreeze by Prestone. I am a First Responder, so Chip also applied a 10% discount. I LOVE AutoZone and I will be back.”

“This is our favorite family pizza take out restaurant, with Chicago thin crust style either pie cut or squares and mouth-watering great flavor. Over 30 years ago, our family night out was to Rosati's in the suburbs of Chicago. This time we ordered two 12 inch pizzas, one with Peperoni and the other with two toppings, sausage and mushroom, and combined with a coupon promotion of a 2 liter of Pepsi. Everything was perfect, and as usual, there was some pizza pieces left over for another treat the next day. Great, great, great !!!!”
