Our granddaughter wanted to make candy bones for the kids who were coming over for Halloween. She found a recipe and wanted to shop for the ingredients at Meijer. I had already been there once that day, but I agreed to go. It was a quick shopping trip. Meijer had the pretzel sticks, mini marshmallows, and white candy melts that we needed. We also grabbed some granola for her sister.

I go to Meijer’s grocery store a couple of times a week, sometimes a couple of times a day. Luckily I love shopping at Meijer. On this visit we needed lemons and Dawn dish detergent. My problem is I always walk out with more than what is on my list. This time I also grabbed hair coloring and a glass carafe.

Meijer’s is truly a one stop shopping store. You can get your groceries, a bike, bathroom towels, flowers and much more all from one store. On this visit I needed to get a baguette to go with my husband’s homemade soup and I grabbed some delicious Hudsonville ice cream and Oreo cones.
