Heading to Chicago and needed to get items for the grandkids snackle boxes. We went to Meijer because they carry all of the treats the kids requested. The well lit produce section had the cucumber, grapes, raspberries, and apples we needed. Of course, we had to go to the candy and chip aisles for pretzels, potato chips, Mike and Ike’s, and Werther’s Original candies. We love Meijer, but wish they had a few more cashiers working.

I ran to Meijer to get some ground ginger, Sesame Oil, Sesame seeds and a Chuck Roast for dinner. I also needed some Hershey’s cinnamon chips for a scone recipe. This store just underwent a major remodel. They had extra employees to help locate items that were moved around during the update. The store looks amazing!

My nine year old granddaughter was in need of vials for a project so we went to see if Meijer has some. We found exactly what she needed. The vials were a Halloween item and were 90% off. We also found some clothing that were 50% off. It was our lucky day shopping at Meijer.

We needed some lettuce and a cucumber for our dinner so I went to Meijer down the street. Their produce department is bright and inviting and has very fresh fruits and vegetables. I also grabbed some candy corn and dry roasted peanuts to mix together for a little treat. I did not have to wait in a long line to checkout so my shopping trip was very quick.

Our granddaughter wanted to make candy bones for the kids who were coming over for Halloween. She found a recipe and wanted to shop for the ingredients at Meijer. I had already been there once that day, but I agreed to go. It was a quick shopping trip. Meijer had the pretzel sticks, mini marshmallows, and white candy melts that we needed. We also grabbed some granola for her sister.
